Joe believes the most important ingredient in fitness is consistency, “It has to be a lifestyle.” This is his focus for everyone he works with, whether they are beginners or they are already conditioned.
He likes to mix up his training to include resistance techniques, plyometrics, and functional movements. He believes this not only gets you in shape the fastest, but makes the challenges of everyday life easier.
He attends national fitness seminars annually. For fun Joe likes to compete in triathlons, marathons and workout with MMA fighters.

Certifications: National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist, Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Instructor, CPR/AED Certified.
