Jon Parry Department: Tennis Position: Assistant Pro USPTR Phone: 207-781-3104 x133 Email: jparry@thewoodlands.org Bio: Born in Plymouth Massachusetts, Jon is a former member of the United States Navy and current resident of South Portland, Maine. He is a USPTR Certified Tennis Professional and has previously coached the University of Southern Maine Men's Tennis Team. Jon has been enjoying the game of tennis for over 27 years and has competed in all levels of play from junior to adult; in singles, doubles, and mixed doubles. Jon has also had extensive experience within the USTA Adult programs as a competitor, captain, assistant, and volunteer. In 2008 Jon was named the USTA Volunteer of the Year for the state of Maine. He is currently a Teaching Pro at the Woodlands and works with both Juniors and Adults at all levels.
