The Woodlands Club proudly offers a 5,000 square foot fitness facility for fitness enthusiasts and those who'd like to get there. In addition to a large central area outfitted with free weights and a variety of cardio equipment, we have a spin studio and three other studios used for such activities as yoga, cardio classes, karate and personal training.

When the golf course is put to bed and the snow falls, we offer cross country skiing and snowshoeing on groomed trails allowing our members to enjoy the outdoors at the Club even in the winter.
