The Woodlands Club proudly offers a 5,000 square foot fitness facility to our members. With a spin studio, three additional studios used for such activities as yoga and cardio classes, karate and private training, in addition to a large central area outfitted with free weights and a variety of cardio equipment, we have something for fitness enthusiasts and those who’d like to get there, too. Personal training is provided by a knowledgeable, veteran team and offered year-round. While certain group classes are offered year-round it is really during the fall, winter and spring seasons that the center is bustling with a steady variety of classes for all tastes.
