The Woodlands Club features a 5,000-square-foot fitness center designed for every member of the family. Our fully equipped cardiovascular and strength-training areas, along with three dedicated studios, host a wide range of group classes—including Pilates, Yoga, Strength, and Youth Speed & Strength programs—led by our knowledgeable, veteran team year-round.

From treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, rowers, and stationary bikes to a full selection of free weights and Matrix strength equipment, our Fitness Center supports every goal, from general wellness to high-performance training. While select classes run year-round, the fall, winter, and spring seasons bring a bustling schedule designed to keep the entire family active, engaged, and connected.

RECHARGE & RESTORE

To complement your fitness routine, our on-site massage therapy services provide 30-, 60-, and 90-minute sessions, helping you recover, relax, and recharge— all without leaving the club
